- 4 chard greens
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 glasses of flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 glass of milk
- Prepare the stuffing by finely chopping the chard, parsley, onion and garlic using a grinder.
Add eggs, milk and flour.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, pour spoonfuls of stuffing over high heat, making small pancakes. Flip them quickly once they are golden and crispy. Serve hot.
