A house for 4 people on the banks of the Aveyron river and a stone's throw from the city center.

You are looking for a quiet stay, lulled by the gentle sound of water, this place is made for you.

This house is ideally located. A walking path along the Aveyron river passes in front of its door. The Aveyron flows peacefully just behind the path. You will have an exceptional view of nature and wildlife (the ducks happily come to look for bread with their family) while being a stone's throw from the city center.

You have 4 beds: a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, dressing room and private lounge and another with two 90 cm beds which can be pushed together or moved apart. A comfortable living room awaits you, it is equipped with a large screen connected TV and of course fiber internet access. It opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, normal coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mini oven, microwave and dishwasher). A laundry room equipped with a 9Kgs washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner is at your disposal. Sheets and duvets are provided. The house is equipped with a reversible heat pump, warm in winter and cool in summer.

We will, of course, be delighted to welcome your pets. An enclosed garden with trees and there for them and for you at the back of the house.
