Maison Bedel tea room - Master Artisan Baker since 1930 - Bakery - Pastry.
Family business of bakery-pastry-tea room: 4 generations of know-how.
You can find in our shops traditional French breads made with flour without additives, Label Rouge, Organic country bread, 100% Aveyron "Régalou" bread, Special breads (chestnut, raspberry, etc.)
Our pastry is based on taste, the seasonality of fruits and tradition, combined with a touch of modernity. You can also find throughout the year our local specialties "Travel Cakes" such as Fouace du Rouergue, Croquande with almond (or Soleil de St Christophe), prune tart, marzipan and scalded.
