• 4 chard greens
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 glasses of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 glasses of milk

  1. Prepare the stuffing by finely chopping the chard, parsley, onion and garlic using a grinder.
    Add eggs, milk and flour.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, pour spoonfuls of stuffing over high heat, making small pancakes. Flip them quickly once they are golden and crispy. Serve hot.
