For a successful stay in the heart of the medieval historic center, I offer you this spacious 130 m² duplex overlooking the city in a magnificent characterful stone building!
You'll be staying right next to Place Notre-Dame, its Collegiate Church, and its arcades, allowing you to easily enjoy the restaurants and the market. Located in a very quiet alley, this ideal location opens directly onto the lively shopping street, Rue Marcellin Fabre.
Perfectly equipped, the "Loft Saint-Georges" is aimed at travellers who appreciate historical charm combined with very good modern comfort.
Facing east and west, it benefits from exceptional sunshine and views of the Collegiate Church, the rooftops, and the surrounding hills. Completely renovated, furnished, and decorated with meticulous attention to detail in an industrial style, it will meet the needs of a discerning and demanding clientele that I hope to retain.

The 3rd floor is the sleeping area:
– 3 spacious bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), the other two with double beds (140 x 160 cm). Each has a dressing room and a work area.
– a bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, hairdryer, and towel warmer. Separate WC
– a new bathroom, glass-roofed shower cubicle, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towel warmer.
The 4th floor houses the living area and new WC: a very beautiful living room with more than comfortable volume, exposed beams, new large flat screen TV, new custom-made open-plan kitchen, modern and fully equipped (fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, all new).

Numerous free or regulated parking spaces are available on the adjacent streets, or there is a large car park a few minutes' walk away.
For motorcyclists and cyclists, a shared, enclosed garage is available on the ground floor for your bikes. An additional fee applies, depending on the vehicle and length of stay.
Linen provided (bed linen, towels, tea towels).
Free Wi-Fi: the most efficient SFR box has been installed and repeaters are present in each apartment. However, network outages or reductions in speed, beyond my control, may occur and disappear without much being able to be done, given the configuration of the Bastide, the thick stone walls, and sometimes the weather conditions. No responsibility on my part can be invoked
