For a successful stay in the heart of the medieval historic center, it is in a magnificent stone building with character that I offer you this spacious duplex of 130 m² overlooking the city!

You will stay at the foot of Place Notre-Dame, its Collegiate Church and its arcades to enjoy the restaurants and the market. Located in a very quiet alley, this ideal location directly overlooks the lively shopping street Marcellin Fabre.

Perfectly equipped, the "Loft Saint-Georges" is aimed at travelers who appreciate historic charm combined with modern comfort of a very good standard.

Crossing east-west, it benefits from exceptional sunshine and views of the Collegiate Church, the roofs and the surrounding hillsides. Renovated, furnished and decorated with the greatest care in the industrial spirit, it will meet the needs of a purist and demanding clientele that I wish to retain.

Fabric

The 3rd floor is the sleeping area:

– 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 of which is equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), the other two with 140 x 160 beds each. Each has a dressing room and a work space

– a bathroom with double sink, bathtub, hairdryer, towel dryer. separate WC

– a new bathroom, workshop glass shower cabin, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towel dryer.

The 4th floor houses the day area and new toilets: very beautiful living room with a more than comfortable volume, exposed beams, new large flat screen TV, new open kitchen with dining area, new, modern and fully equipped (fridge/freezer, oven , induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette grill, new).

• pour les motards et cyclistes, possibilité de garage partagé fermé pour vos montures au RDC. Avec supplément, selon véhicule et durée du séjour

• Free Wi-Fi: the most efficient SFR box has been installed and repeaters are present in each apartment. However, network outages or reductions in speed, beyond my control, may occur and disappear without much being able to be done, given the configuration of the Bastide, the thick stone walls, and sometimes the weather conditions. No responsibility on my part can be invoked

• LGBT+ friendly
