La Ferme de Jacques Carles
Farm specializing in duck breeding: visit to the cannery, tasting and sale of products: foie gras, confits, rillettes... Exhibition of old brass. Possibility of meals at "La Table Paysanne" by reservation.
The farms are made by ourselves with the grain harvested on our land. Cooking is done in an old-fashioned copper cauldron and over a wood fire, in an approved laboratory on the farm.
