For a successful stay in the heart of the medieval historic center, it is in a magnificent stone building with character that I offer you this spacious duplex of 130 m² overlooking the city!

You will stay at the foot of Place Notre-Dame, its Collegiate Church and its arcades to enjoy the restaurants and the market. Located in a very quiet alley, this ideal location directly overlooks the lively shopping street Marcellin Fabre.

Perfectly equipped, the "Loft Saint-Georges" is aimed at travelers who appreciate historic charm combined with modern comfort of a very good standard.

Crossing east-west, it benefits from exceptional sunshine and views of the Collegiate Church, the roofs and the surrounding hillsides. Renovated, furnished and decorated with the greatest care in the industrial spirit, it will meet the needs of a purist and demanding clientele that I wish to retain.

The 3rd floor is the sleeping area:

- 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), the other two with 140 x 160 beds each. Each has a dressing room and a work area

- a double-basin bathroom, bathtub, hair dryer, towel dryer. Separate toilets

- a new bathroom, workshop canopy shower cabin, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towel dryer.

The 4th floor houses the day area and new toilets: very beautiful living room with a more than comfortable volume, exposed beams, new large flat screen TV, new open kitchen with dining area, new, modern and fully equipped (fridge/freezer, oven , induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette grill, new).

- numerous free or regulated parking spaces available in the adjacent streets or large car park a few minutes' walk away

- for bikers and cyclists, possibility of closed shared garage for your mounts on the ground floor. With supplement, depending on vehicle and length of stay
