Gîte du Ligal

The Ligal gîte is located in the Gorges de l'Aveyron, just 7 minutes by car from the medieval village of Najac.

This comfortable and recently renovated cottage is perfectly suited for couples, couples of friends or even a family with teenagers.

Its spacious swimming pool with terrace and sun lounger will allow you to fully enjoy the heat of the South-West.

Many activities are possible around the Gîte: visits to the many medieval villages, outdoor sports, hiking or even relaxation... We are at your disposal to advise you!

A cottage suitable for 2 to 4 people

The Ligal gîte is a characterful house typical of the area, made of stones and slates. Located on the heights of Najac, and away from homes, the gîte allows you to recharge your batteries as a couple or with friends!

This spacious 95m² cottage is fully furnished with elegant and authentic décor. It features air conditioning for summer and a wood- burning stove for cooler evenings.

The accommodation consists of:

– A large 50m² living and dining room offering everything you need for a successful holiday, including a smart TV with satellite and Netflix. The sofa converts into a bed with a real 160cm mattress for optimal comfort.

– A fully equipped 10 m² kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, TASSIMO coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery.

– A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet . Its double sinks and LED mirror will ensure your comfort.

– A semi-enclosed mezzanine opens onto a spacious 30 m² bedroom under the eaves, with a Queen-size bed (180 cm), dressing room and storage space.

To fully enjoy the summer temperatures and sunshine of the Southwest, the exterior of the cottage is laid out in different zones :

– A beautifully landscaped wooden terrace , with a 9m x 4m in-ground swimming pool (maximum depth 1,85m) and two sun loungers, is located next to the cottage. This relaxing space is sure to charm you and allow you to enjoy moments of well-being.

– A covered terrace with a stone barbecue and dining table for your aperitifs. This magnificent stone terrace will offer you unforgettable moments of conviviality!

– A reserved parking space right in front of the entrance to the cottage for added convenience.

The entire 1000 m² property is fully fenced and under video surveillance for optimal security.
