With poor, domestic, feminine or childhood-related materials such as thread, Hessie's work remains strongly contemporary and, according to art critic Aline Dallier, she is part of the "new Penelopes".
In keeping with the theme of time, the exhibition devoted to the work of thread and the time spent on the work, brings together Hessie's works warmly lent by the Galerie Arnaud Lefebvre with the friendship of the Djuric family, contemporary artists who resonate with her and connect us to her art.
