Christine and Sébastien welcome you to a completely renovated former coaching inn.
Open Wednesday to Sunday Closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday evening.
Chef Sébastien Balard, who was also a sommelier, offers regional cuisine with local flavors combining tradition and imagination. The fine products of the region, lamb from Bas Rouergue, veal from Aveyron and Ségala, cheeses are in the spotlight. On closing evenings, the restaurant remains open only for residents.
