Open Wednesday to Sunday Closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday evening.
Chef Sébastien Balard, who was also a sommelier, offers you regional cuisine with local tastes mixing tradition and imagination. The beautiful products of the region, lamb from Bas Rouergue, veal from Aveyron and Ségala, cheeses are in the spotlight. On closed evenings, the restaurant remains open only for residents.
