Kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), living room (sofa, fireplace, television), games room (table football), full electric heating, private unenclosed terrace (20 m²) and garden (500 m²), garden, barbecue, rental of sheets, table and bathroom linen. 

The living room opens onto the terrace shaded by the trellis. For children: games room under the roof. 

1 only animal accepted. No rental during the Christmas period.
