Description
During your walk you may have the chance to observe the only station of Grande douve (very rare plant) known in Occitania.
Yellow PR type marking with very little difference in altitude.

Your itinerary
Step 1: Departure from the covered hall.
From the car park, take the street on the left. After the tunnel, take the municipal road, head right until you reach the restored dovecote. Take the municipal road on the right for 300 m until you reach the D40.
Step 2: Direction the reedbed
At the intersection, head right and take the dirt road which runs along the wetland of the reed bed.
Step 3: Continue on a trail
Turn left to take a path for 300 m then turn left again on the D545, follow it for 150m.
Step 4: Take a small path again
Leave the tarmac and take the small path on the right. After the footbridge and the observation pontoon, continue to the right and take the Canadian passage (see a cazelle on the left).
Step 5: Continue on a wide track
At the agricultural building, turn left onto a wide path, follow it for 350m.
Step 6: Go down to the swamp
At the bend, turn left onto the path which goes into the marsh where the Diège has its source 200 m away. Walk along the marsh and continue straight ahead (leave the path on the right) to reach the D 40.
Step 7: Direction wildlife observatory and return to departure
Continue left on the D40 (200 m on the left is the wildlife observatory) and follow it until you reach the reed bed. Cross the place called Montaris and head towards Langlade to return to the car park by the same route as on the way there.
