Your itinerary
Step 1: Step 1: Departure from the dolmens car park

Starting point at the dolmens car park (at the exit of the village of Martiel, leave the D911 and turn right, towards the dolmens of the Margues woods, follow the road for 4 km).
2 possible variants: on the one hand, the complete circuit marked M1 of approximately 10,5km allowing you to see 4 dolmens and discover the Caussenard landscape and on the other hand, a shortened circuit marked M1D of approximately 1,5km limited to the visit of 3 dolmens and the cloup of Gleyettes. From the road looking at the parking lot, take the path going up on the right side of the parking lot.
Step 2: Step 2: Time jump

At the end, take the path on the right towards the dolmen of the Bois del Rey. After 100m, you will see the basin dug into the rock. When you are at the Dolmen of the Bois del Rey, take the path on the left towards the Dolmen of the Bois de Galtier. At the Dolmen of the Bois de Galtier, follow the path straight to the path. Take the path on the right. At the first intersection, continue straight for 1m then take a path on the right towards the Dolmen of Devès des Gleyettes and the Cloup des Gleyettes. Round trip to see them. Y-shaped junction, 250m on the right towards the Dolmen of the Gleyettes, 20m on the left towards the path towards the Cloup des Gleyettes.
Step 3: Step 3: Caussenard landscape

On returning from the visit, 2 options are possible: Circuit M1D: taking the path on the left, you return straight to the parking lot (400m). Circuit M1: taking the path on the right, you continue for the complete circuit. Follow until a T-intersection, turn left. When you arrive in front of a small ruined barn at the T-intersection, turn right to the tarmac road and climb up to the intersection with the RD146.
Step 4: Step 4: Calvary of Bournac

Take the RD146 on your left, climbing up to the Bournac Calvary. Enjoy a short break before continuing by taking the leftmost road at the crow's foot. At the top of this large open space, on your left, is a stone house once inhabited by Father Raphael Savignac. Continue, discovering the panoramic view of the Causse de Margues on the south side. At the summit, continue straight ahead towards Puech de la Celle, then to the place called Le Juge.
Step 5: Step 5: One-story hut

At the Juge intersection, head towards Bramaloup and Marroule, leaving the hamlet of Bramaloup on the right, continue until you reach a green tunnel shed on your left. From this point, there are 2 options: – make a round trip of 800 m to see the dolmen of Marie Gaillard by continuing on the road, – return directly towards the starting point by taking the dirt road on the left. This path ends on the road from Martiel to Juge. At this intersection there is a very beautiful single-story caselle.
Step 6: Step 6: Return to the parking lot

Leaving this path, continue straight on the tarmac road (towards Martiel) then, after about 500m, take the path on the left. Then, after about a hundred meters, turn right onto a path towards the car park.
