Your itinerary
Stage 1: Departure from the town hall of Bor-et-Bar
From the town hall of Bor-et-Bar, take the road that climbs towards Bor. After about 250 m, take the small path that descends to the left to reach the departmental road below. Take this path on the right and for about 400 m then on a bend to the left, take the path which descends in the middle of the woods.
Stage 2: View of the Viaur valley
The path leads to the village of Pradines. At the entrance to the village, follow the road which descends to the left towards meadows. You will have a nice view of the Viaur valley! Then head into the woods along a farm track.
Step 3: From stream to river
At the bend, turn left again to arrive on a small path that follows the Mine stream (former mica mine) to reach Viaur. Then turn left.
Stage 4: Around the Roc du Gorb
After about 300 m, take the path which goes up on the left. Arriving at the small stream, take the path on the left which climbs quite steeply to the foot of the house of "Mas del Riou". Then follow the path to this house on the right to join the departmental road. Take it to the right to reach the town hall.
