Your itinerary
Step 1: From the central square
From Saint-André-De-Najac, head to La Borie de Rouergue. Depart from the parking lot on Route de la Borie. With your back to the parking lot exit, turn left, then take the second street on the left (Chemin de l'École) and quickly reach a path on the left.
Take it and follow it downhill for about 1,2 km to a road (place called La Rivière) at the bottom of the valley.
Stage 2: Route du Viaur, tributary of the Aveyron
Follow it to the right, pass in front of the Mercandier nursery, the place called Cayrol and continue until you find a small path on the right, after having passed the wide curve of the road which goes around the shoulder of the mountain.
Step 3: Fairly steep path in the woods
Go up to the right on this path, quite steep (Yellow markings), until you reach a meadow plateau (place called Les Cazals). Continue on the tarmac until you reach a crossroads.
Step 4: Borie Road
Turn left and a few meters later, right to quickly reach a crossroads. Turn left to follow the road (D922) with caution. Go through the bend.
Step 5: Fork on dirt road
Turn right onto the dirt road at the foot of a tree. Cross the place called Roumiguière and continue along the tarmac road to the main road (crossed previously).
Step 6: Crossing (D922)
Turn right carefully onto the D922 and, after about 300 m, join the first path on the left, Chemin du Poux.
Stage 7: Louse Path
Take it and at the small road, turn right (Route de la Forge). Enter the village, turn left (Rue de la Traverse des Agriculteurs) and arrive at the square.
