An open-air museum

The Cuzals eco-museum is 20 hectares of Causse de Sauliac-sur-Célé to explore ! Discover more than 8 objects that will make you experience the evolution of life in the Quercy countryside since the industrial revolution. From the XNUMXth century to today, experience the appearance of the steam engine, the mechanization of agriculture and its motorisation.

Immerse yourself in customs and traditions of yesteryear by surveying the buildings with the typical architecture of Quercy: farms, cazelles, cottages… As a family, children and adults will be able to marvel at a large collection of agricultural machinery: tractors, mowers, harvesters… All in a natural setting in the heart of the Célé valley, between Figeac and Cahors.

Events, workshops and courses

During your visit, discover the trades of yesteryear : the clog maker, the wheelwright, the printer, the basket maker...
