Sébastien emphasizes organic, biodynamic, and natural wines. No additives are used in the vineyards or cellars. He has no doubt that the wine merchant's role is to find the bottle with the best value for money that will satisfy his customers.
Wines, yes, but also spirits such as rum (bottled or in bulk), whiskeys, a collection of beers and many other things can be found in this cellar where it is possible to taste the chosen nectars on site.
