Your itinerary
Stage 1: Departure of the circuit from Place des Conques
Park in the car park and head to Place des Conques in front of the tourist office, the starting point for the "Tomb of the Giant" trail. Go under the Upper Gate, then turn right onto the boulevard. Cross at the traffic lights to continue on the road opposite towards the village hall.
Step 2: Leave the road and take the Camino de Santiago
After passing the village hall, take the small path on the left that descends, with a wooden sign "Compostelle" 1,264 km. You are on the Camino de Santiago, from Conques to Toulouse. At the next intersection, turn right onto the track that descends. Leave the GR, which continues straight ahead. At the next intersection, turn right. Pass the Tomb of the Giant on your right. Further on, the fairground on your left, then find the road again. Turn right. Pass by the Croix de Sauveté and take the same path as on the outward journey.
