Easy hike starting from Saint-Igest. Little elevation gain.
This circuit was created by the Town Hall of Saint Igest and has been marked with yellow PR type.
Your itinerary
Step 1: Departure from the parking lot.
Depart from the parking lot opposite the cemetery. You will first pass through the grounds of the Saint-Igest church, then exit at the end of the park through the gate before crossing the D248 towards the village. Pass in front of the church. At the totem pole, take the path with a steep climb. At the place called Les Escalous, take the road opposite the path.
Step 2: Head towards the forest and the path to Camp de Joules
Take the path on the right at the cross. Continue straight on at the totem pole. Take the path opposite at the totem pole. Take the path on the left. Cross the road and continue on the path opposite. Turn left and continue on the path that descends. After crossing the railway, take the path on the right.
Step 3: Leave Le Pouget towards Bouysses
At Le Pouget, take the road on the left. Continue right at the cross. At the cross, turn right towards Mas d'Albagnac. In the center of Mas d'Albagnac, turn left. Continue left towards the hamlet / place called Bouysses.
Step 4: Cross the hamlet of Bouysses and return to Saint Igest
Cross this hamlet. Continue left on the road. In the center of Mas Viel, turn right. After the agricultural sheds, continue straight on the path. Continue straight to take the same path as on the outward journey. Return to Saint-Igest.
