Stone house (110 m²) with large terrace and wooded green spaces. Located in Saint-Grat, a small village near Villefranche de Rouergue, easily accessible, it has a capacity of 6 to 8 people and is on one level.

Equipped kitchen, spacious and bright living-dining room with desk and flat-screen TV (fiber: free wifi). Three double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds (3 baby beds are available). Bathroom with bath / shower, equipped with a washing machine. Outside: garden furniture, parasol and hammock.
