The house is spread over 3 levels:

The ground floor has a kitchen-dining room of 20M² with its insert fireplace.

The 1st floor consists of a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed and a shower room with toilet.

A pretty spiral staircase goes up to the 9m² mezzanine under the roof where there is a double bed...

The nest box is equipped with 2 ethernet sockets for internet access (one in the dining room, one in the living room) and a hi-fi system.

A private garden with a dining table and a small bread oven overlooks the nest box, and you can enjoy the estate's swimming pool at your leisure...

The house is located opposite the Medicinal Plants workshop, and close to the flower gardens, which we will be happy to show you around.
