On the ground floor of the garden/pool, there is a large living room kitchen of 60 m², 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms as well as a mezzanine area, bathroom and toilet. Outside, the wooded and fenced land with secure swimming pool, ping-pong table, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
