Domaine de Bassinet
A park in the countryside and an exhibition of contemporary ceramics
Ceramics have been practiced in all eras and in all countries. This is what the exhibition of this private collection aims to show through a hundred works by anonymous or famous authors.
Guided tours are provided by Bernard Bachelier who assembled this collection.
The Bassinet estate, located 15 km from Villefranche-de-Rouergue on the D1 towards Rodez, has preserved the old farm buildings. Visitors are invited to discover the park open to the countryside and its sculptures, including two early works by Nicolas Sanhes.
