Saturday March, 7

11am: Opening of the exhibition
11:30 am - 15 pm: On-site dining with Edouard Beuzon – From Farm to Table. Salad and/or hot Aveyron dish (no reservation required). And discover all the gourmet products from our exhibitors.
15:30 pm: "Chocolate-wine harmony" workshop led by Rémy Simon (Oustal del Barry in Najac).

Sunday 8 March

10:30am: Workshop "Making mendiants for children", led by Maxent Lépine, 4th in the MOF pastry competition.
11:30 am - 15 pm: On-site dining with Edouard Beuzon – From Farm to Table. Salad and/or hot Aveyron dish (no reservation required). And discover all the gourmet products from our exhibitors.
