Located in Villefranche de Rouergue, near Rodez in Aveyron, we want to be a worthy representative of the artisanal know-how of our region.

The Domaine de la Pèze is an Aveyron and family story: that of a land passed down for 14 generations, that of a unique terroir in the heart of Rouergue and Aveyron, in Occitanie.

Our whisky is a Single Malt, meaning we use exclusively malted barley.

He wants to reveal his terroir by enhancing his raw material, barley, from our plots.
