General Dominique Trinquand's Conference

The brutality of relations between great powers, the imperial policies pursued by Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, the proliferation of wars (Ukraine, the Middle East) and the looming threat of war (Taiwan), the dramatic economic and environmental consequences… The world is gripped by such upheaval that a form of widespread chaos seems imminent. Drawing on his experience, General Trinquand offers a precise political and military analysis of this emerging world, in which the perils to overcome and the challenges to meet will be numerous. This essential and accessible insight provides crucial guidance for understanding the complex geopolitical landscape and the new balance of power.

General Dominique TRINQUAND , a graduate of the Saint-Cyr Military Academy, the War College, and the Royal College of Defence Studies in London, is a specialist in International Relations.

In the 90s, he held command and advisory positions in Lebanon and the former Yugoslavia with NATO, the EU and the UN.

He currently runs a company specializing in strategy, communication, and external relations consulting. General Trinquand, as an expert, is regularly interviewed by numerous media outlets.

He is the author of several books such as What Awaits Us 2023 and From One World to Another 2024 (Robert Laffont).
