Bambi is not the name of the little Disney fawn! It is the pseudonym of a woman with an extraordinary destiny: Marie-Pierre Pruvot, who herself mentions it in her autobiographical book: Marie, because it's pretty.

From her childhood in colonial Algeria, as a little boy, to her time as a revue leader in the great Parisian cabarets, to her career as a French teacher for twenty-seven years as Marie-Pierre Pruvot, what a journey!

It is this atypical life, recounted in his last writing: Bambi, an ordinary life ", which received media attention during broadcasts on France Inter and France Culture, and which was directed by Benoît Weiler of the Théâtre de l'Estrade. A company (which the residents of Villefranche have already been able to appreciate with Morphine or with The Spinoza problem) which has the particularity of making people think about difficult subjects in order to participate in the development of critical thinking, especially among young people, but in very modern stagings and, in "Bambi", the choreography, video and music also have a great importance.
