Nostalgic for the good old days: the “Supermotard Revival” will be a reality on SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 1, 2024 in Villefranche de Rouergue. All the Top Drivers will be there and already 70 “Kings of Snowboarding” from the 90s have confirmed their participation.

This “Supermotard Revival” is the rebirth of a legendary Villefranche competition from the 90s!

Meet at the Madeleine fairgrounds, 12 200 Villefranche de Rouegue


Among the announced participants are:

– Laurent Pidoux won in 1994 and 1996 on this atypical and old-fashioned circuit

– Gilles SALVADOR will be present for this “Supermotard Revival” reserved for the old glories who made up the golden years of the discipline!

– A King among the “Kings of Snowboarding”… Stephane Chambon is the Supermoto reference of the 1990s. An outstanding driver, balancing act, the man nicknamed the “Jockey” has an incredible track record in the discipline with 5 French Champion titles and 7 Golden Guidons.

– Boris Chambon confirmed his arrival. A favorite of the public, Boris fell into the “Supermot” pot at a very young age and was one of the gems unearthed by the late Marcel Seurat. Five times French Champion, World Champion in 2005, multiple Italian Champion…

– Eddy Seel: Coming to Supermotard in 1999 after a great career in Mx, the Belgian from Verviers quickly established himself. Very spectacular and popular, Eddy Seel also nicknamed “The Rooster” shone with his panache and his excessive attack…

– Arnaud Vincent will also be there!! Arnaud was 125cc World Champion in 2002 with numerous GP wins and a remarkable career on asphalt.

– The Swiss Colossus Beat Gautschi! Great in size but also in talent, Beat Gautschi was the first German champion in 1994 and accumulated titles in Switzerland from 1998

– Registered from the start, Stéphane Duchene will also be present on the Supermotard Revival… it has been more than 30 years since the Burgundian has roamed the MX, SM and Enduro paddocks. But it is in Supermotard that he started the most known with numerous podiums at the Guidon d'Or, French, Swiss, German and European Championships.

– David Fretigne confirmed his commitment. Multiple French Champion and World Enduro Team Champion, 3rd in the Dakar…
