Women's yoga to balance the body and calm the mind!

A gentle women's yoga retreat that brings hormonal balance to lighten the body and clarify the mind, to rest, connect and flourish.

You’ll find here:

  • Gentle yoga – hatha, yin/yang, restorative, nidra

  • Breathing – regulating the nervous system to better manage stress

  • Introduction to the endocrine system

  • Activation of the sacral chakra, the center of our creativity

  • Connecting to the heart chakra and its energies of wisdom and compassion

  • Meditation & Mindfulness

  • Women's circle for sharing and discussion
