New formula for 2026-2027!

I propose 5 two-day sessions, to allow time for diving.

Using the tools of the Alexander Technique, I offer explorations to feel, observe, and connect with your own creativity and authenticity.

With groundwork, we can experience the pleasure of softness, feel our natural rebound to gain more lightness and power, and learn organically how to move, get up, and go to the ground.

With improvisation/instant composition, we will explore the connection to oneself and others, play, instinct, letting go.

We will experiment with dancing/composing with space in the alleys of Najac (when the weather is nice) and we will end this session with a public improvisation on Sunday, April 11, with live music.

Léa Jamilloux, dancer, musician and student of Alexander Technique

Léa Jamilloux trained in Berlin as a dance teacher and performing dancer from 2013 to 2015. Since 2016, she has been living in the Occitanie region and dances in several companies.

She also leads numerous dance workshops and retreats in various settings. Since 2020, she has further enriched her artistic, stage, and physical practice by training in the Alexander Technique. This somatic practice allows her to acquire anatomical knowledge as well as tools to develop a profound psychophysical awareness.
