5 days of practical botany instruction to learn about 50 edible and medicinal summer wild plants and how to prepare them. Botany for All offers a scientific and culinary immersion from July 22 to 26, 2025, in the nearby town of Sainte-Croix in Aveyron.

On the menu, recognition workshop in the morning + picking, at noon cooking and tasting, the afternoon is free with recommended activity making herbarium. To gain autonomy, nutritional quality and possibilities!
