Five days of hands-on botany learning to identify 50 edible and medicinal wild spring plants and how to prepare them. Botany for All offers a scientific and culinary immersion from Tuesday, April 21st to Saturday, April 25th, 2026, near the village of Sainte-Croix in the Aveyron region.
The program includes a morning workshop on plant identification and foraging, followed by cooking and tasting at midday. The afternoon is free time, with a suggested activity being the creation of a herbarium. Gain self-reliance, improve nutritional quality, and expand your possibilities!
