The energetic summer begins on May 6th. The small intestine, and then from June 21st, the heart will undergo their energetic cleansing, under the impetus of the FIRE energy.
This is a time when emotions can be more intense and when we are invited to unify our YANG with our YIN, in order to best enjoy a stable and solid yang.
Meditation and Qi Gong in the early morning, under the sun's rays and with feet in the dew, are one of the excellent ways to unite Water and Fire.
