3 characters, Paname, Mimosa and Croupier in a poetic dialogue, punctuated with doubts, questions will pose the existential question: where are we going in a world where changes are increasingly rapid? - Company Theater of the Detour
Root of Three at the theatre? Are we going to attend a math class? Surely not !
The three characters: Paname, Mimosa and Croupier in a poetic dialogue, punctuated with doubts, questions, observations too, will ask the existential question: where are we going in a world where changes are increasingly rapid, where benchmarks constantly differ and where you have to continually adapt? What remains for man if not a return to his roots? the certainty of belonging to Mother Earth?
But it is not in the tone of a lesson that the author, Pierre Margot (who qualifies his play as an arboreal science-fiction comedy!) will make the three characters express themselves, it is with the words of every day and a kind of naivety that very often leads to laughter.
In the process of being created at the time these lines are written, this play co-produced by the Fédération des Amis du Théâtre Populaire to which we belong will offer us a very surprising ending!
François Morel, about him, wrote: “And don't talk to me about the theater of the absurd. It's theater of the real … it tells the story of life, quite simply”. Certainly, however it is very difficult not to think of Beckett and his play "Waiting for Godot"...
