Les Rendez-vous Économies d'énergies d'Enercoa – Formation "Démolir en sécurité"

A day dedicated to safe deconstruction, demolition, dismantling, and removal on a renovation site. The training day, led by Florent Bressange, a technical supervisor in eco-construction for the ÊTRE en Ségala (E'SéME) school, is divided into two parts.

The morning is dedicated to preparation: diagnostics, structure, networks, administrative procedures, safety measures, techniques for removing and reusing materials. The afternoon is spent putting theory into practice on a real renovation site, with three modules: removing a partition wall using a chisel and sledgehammer, removing a ceiling from scaffolding, and removing an electrical installation.

From reading the assessments to sorting and cleaning, the training covers the main stages of a demolition. The goal: to leave with a method and concrete guidelines to safely approach the demolition of your own site and effectively prepare for the next phase of work.
