A nuanced approach to anxiety disorders and depression in adolescents.

Maia and Alicia, two 13-year-old friends, have just started fourth grade.

Maia, who recently moved, has to adapt to this change and to her new class.

School pressure, the weight of others' gaze, hypersensitivity… In her school and her everyday life, she goes through some trials with humor and lightness, despite the appearance of her first anxiety disorders.

Step by step, we follow with emotion the evolution of these disorders, until she expresses her anxiety for the first time. She then decides to keep a diary…

The two actresses draw us into their world and allow us to open a dialogue about the unease often felt by teenagers. All this with dynamism and humor.
