La Dévalade, de la prairie à l'assiette

La Dévalade is the 5th and final episode of the "Feuilleton des prairies", a traveling program organized by the Clermont Massif Central Urban Planning Agency as part of Prairies Nomades , on the occasion of the International Year of Pastures and Pastoralism 2026.

A highlight offered by Derrière Le Hublot with the collaboration of Éric Roux – culinary journalist, in partnership with the municipality of Villefranche-de-Rouergue, with the collaboration of students from the Beauregard, François Marty, Saint-Joseph and Raymond Savignac high schools in Villefranche-de-Rouergue.

Friday: Short films and round table to tell the story of summer pastures, imagine the future of our great meadow with farmers, shepherds, scientists, residents, artists at the Théâtre des Bastides.
