For this 2026-2027 season, La Conciergerie est dans l'escalier offers a dance discovery workshop open to all!

Led in partnership with Ô9 Vivoir artistique, these introductory dance workshops will take place on September 15th and 17th, 2026, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Regular workshops will begin on September 24th, 2026, and will be held twice a month. The workshop is open to everyone, regardless of age or physical condition. Participation is free. No prior experience is necessary.

In these workshops, the focus is primarily on the body and your sensations. It's an invitation to experience our relationship with our body, our feelings, our emotions, and our mind.

The body is the master of balance and inspiration!
