Shared morning wake-up practice, Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. sharp (regular appointment in the test phase)
You can: just come and wake up by participating in a warm-up, body shaping, stretching, a "smooth and punchy rolator cardio training" (from which we are still waiting for the generous inventor...). You can: propose a warm-up, a physical exercise, a corporal-vocal morning awakening of your own by registering a week in advance in the "heating book" available at the local.
