The Movement for a Happy and Creative Frugality was built around the Manifesto of the same name, launched in 2018.

The program :

10am: Meet next to the town hall in Salles-Courbaties for a visit to a straw and earth construction site, led by craftsman Alexandre ROCHE (écohérence habitat)
Following around 11am: presentation of the Salles-Courbaties Market Hall, built in a volunteer workshop, without electricity in 2021, during the carpentry workshops organized as part of the network for forest alternatives. Presentation by Flavien ESCRICH, carpenter and joiner and Jean-Baptiste JOLY, SCOP les charpentiers du coin.

Lunch

2:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Visit to the exhibition " Terra Fibra »
15:30 pm: Roundtables with local architects (the collective lòtja et tikaal workshop) themes envisaged: wet construction site vs dry construction site, constraints in a constrained environment such as the bastide of Villefranche, the possible involvement of the inhabitant in his construction site.
17:30 p.m.: Lecture on frugal architecture by Dominique Gauzin-Müller
6:30-7:00 PM: A friendly get-together (everyone brings something to share) will conclude the day.
