Come and discover the rich heritage of the church in Najac. Self-guided tour.

The church of Najac was built in the mid-13th century at the initiative of the Dominicans, who condemned certain inhabitants, suspected of heresy, to pay fines to commute their sentences. This building, representative of the Languedoc Gothic style, exceptional in its size and form, houses an interesting collection of gold and silver work, including a 13th-century processional cross and wrought-iron cage, reliquaries, and a sculpted group from the 15th and 16th centuries.
