"For my part, I posit that they create a critical dimension, in which chance plays a large role. My entire body of work stages these phenomena, patiently tamed, which enrich my figuration. I usually work in series, in order to complete a process of revealing the subject, employing various figures: portraiture, anatomy, architecture. My iconographic sources, which are very rigorous, originate from press images, reinterpreted plastically, with the aim of creating a critical figuration."
