Bike rides, circus shows, children's bike courses, bike exchanges, and much more await you at this second edition of the bike festival in Villefranche-de-Rouergue!

14 PM: Go for a bike ride! The Villefranche cycling club invites you on a bike ride accessible to all. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or have parental authorization. Bring your bike and helmet and set off on a 2-hour adventure! (Ages 12 and up)

16 PM: Immerse yourself in an atmosphere inspired by 1920s England with a father-son duo passionate about BMX, the Peaky Bikers! With humor, camaraderie, and surprises, they perform a series of bike acrobatics, stunts, and spectacular tricks in a fast-paced and energetic comedy. An interactive, family-friendly show that will make both young and old laugh and be amazed. (Suitable for all audiences – Duration – 45 min)

CONTINUOUSLY THROUGHOUT THE AFTERNOON

– Bicycle exchange: Looking for a bike? La Recyclerie du Rouergue offers used bikes for sale! Is your bike malfunctioning? Get a free diagnostic and learn how to perform basic repairs on your bicycle yourself.

– Try the e-bike! The AAGAC team will welcome you in the square, lend you an electric bike (e-bike), and guide you on a 25-minute ride around the bastide, covering both flat terrain and hills! Give it a try! (Departures every 30 minutes in groups of 10 – from age 14)

– Fun Trail for ages 3-12: CAP VELO 12 will offer children aged 3 to 12 a fun 20-minute course. A few bikes will be available on site, but ideally, come and have fun with your own equipment! (Duration 20 minutes per group of 12 max – from 3 to 12 years old)

Numerous association stands will be present, all centered around the theme of cycling. Extend your imagination to the world of bicycle touring with the selection of books and comics from Librairie Folle Avoine! Also, discover the book "La France de juillet" (France in July), with author Geoffrey Lieutaud in attendance. Support the young people's project at Ateliers de la Fontaine by coming to pedal on the smoothie bike and enjoy a delicious treat!
