Experience the spiritual dimension of the Camino with your family, friends, parishioners, and fellow hikers. Enjoy cultural moments exploring the mills along the Aveyron River and the Calvary site on Saint-Jean-d'Aigremont hill.
Become "hiker-pilgrims" on the paths of the Boï!
12 km pilgrimage hike – 4 hours of walking
7:30 a.m.: Meeting at the Collegiate Church of Notre Dame
7:45-8:00: Sending forth and departure to the chant of Compostela, ULTREIA, played on the carillon – The mills on the banks of the Aveyron with Jean-Pierre Mangé
12pm: Packed lunch (in a dry place in case of bad weather) – Snacks and barbecue will be available
14pm: Small carillon concert, Notre-Dame bell tower.
14:30 p.m.: Presentation by Michel Allot on the Oppidum of Saint-Jean d'Aigremont
15:30 p.m.: Vespers at the Saint-Jean d'Aigremont chapel
16 p.m.: Return to Villefranche via the Roman road – Refreshments at the Saint-Jacques chapel
17pm: End of activity.
Participation fee: €10, free for children under 15. Payment on the day of departure. Don't forget: walking shoes + packed lunch
