Entertainment stands, demonstrations and tastings for the whole family
• 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.: Two workshops “compose your funny plate with fruits and vegetables” led by the Association Famille Laïque
• 10 a.m.: Animation: “Experiment on water, soil, wetlands and hedges” with the Syndicat Mixte du Bassin versant Aveyron Amont, Adasea d’Oc and the Arbres Haies Paysages 12 association.
• 10:30 a.m. and 14 p.m.: Two Nordic bread making workshops. On registration here
• 10:30 a.m.: Cooking demonstration with students from Lycée St Joseph, EREA de Laurière and Lycée Savignac
• 11:30 a.m. and 14 p.m.: Two sessions of the Garde-Manger Game with the E'sème association (from 8 years old to 99 years old)
• 11:45 a.m.: Local aperitif with music – Refreshment bar offered by the associative café Les Hauts Parleurs
• 12 p.m.: Large, friendly and local meal – With Chef Aurélie Cailhol from the Liens de Rodez integration restaurant and the organic market garden cooks from the “Piquant Léger” collective in Saint-Salvadou

• 16 p.m.: Musical show “Radishes don’t count as butter!” » Cie du Zézargo. 45'. From 6 years old.
“A garden musical show for children, with dirty hands and feet under the table”. Léa invites us to her farm and introduces us to the world of market gardening.
• 17 p.m.: Great snack from here and elsewhere with the participation of the Villefranche-de-Rouergue charity network, the artisan Laurence Gineste and the gourmet snack “Le Lieu-dit”.

Cooking workshops for the whole family (from 5 years old) – upon registration*
• 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m., La Ruche social center: Easy cooking workshop led by Florie Pouzoulet – artistic animation by actress Laetitia Cador, meal on site at 12 p.m.
• 9:45 a.m. – 12 p.m., Les Hauts Parleurs associative café: Cooking workshop led by Hélène Leclerc, head chef of Bienvenue en Transition on the theme “I don’t like vegetables, or how to get children to eat vegetables”, meal on site at 12 p.m.
• 14 p.m.-16 p.m.: La Ruche social center: Pastry workshop led by Claire Bergon, mother and cook at the Martiel school on the theme “making a local snack with your children”
Around plants, gardens and bees – upon registration:
Registration opens approximately 15 days before the festival
• 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.: Two walks to discover wild edible plants with Michaël Fayret, wild gatherer. Departure in front of the Town Hall. Upon registration here
• 14 p.m.-16 p.m.: Opening of the Generation 12 links garden (crossing the alleys, behind the cinema): Discovery and manufacturing of a solar dryer and different conservation methods with Boris Kubiki. Free tasting
• 14:30 p.m.: Shared garden of Les Ruelles (crossing the alleys, behind the cinema): walk in the vegetable garden: “the medicinal qualities of vegetables” with La Botanique pour Tous

The plus points of the festival:
• At the La Manufacture media library: find a thematic selection of documents (books, magazines, CDs, DVDs) on the theme of sustainable food for several weeks.
• The game library will offer games around food during the week of the festival
• Saturday September 28 at 18 p.m. at the Café Associatif Les Hauts Parleurs: Exhibition opening
