The Gourmand'Ici festival returns for its fifth edition!
The festival of sustainable food, family cooking and local products!
This 5th edition will be organised around the theme “Animal and Plant” , within the framework of the Territorial Food Project of Ouest Aveyron Communauté.
All day, 9:30 a.m. – 18:30 p.m.: Sustainable Food Forum
Smoothie bike, games about agriculture and food, zero-waste cooking, wild plant discovery, educational apiary, composting, low-tech cooking, discovering sustainable farming methods, exploring legumes, deciphering ultra-processed foods, stand from the Beauregard High School technology workshop, plant-based drinks, nutrition stand, screen printing, biodiversity stand, wooden games… Book stand selling books on agriculture and food from the La Folle Avoine bookstore. Refreshments provided by the producers of Aux près d'ici.
Our highlights
12pm-14pm: Gourmet Market
14:30 pm: Round table discussion "Legumes: how are lentils, chickpeas and other beans quietly revolutionizing our plates and our fields?". Duration 1 hour.
15:30 p.m.: Opening of the exhibition “Portraits of farmers, portrait of a territory” by Amandine Diaz, Photographer and discovery of the “Yummy masks” made by the schools of the territory and the artist Sarah Tricoire.
16pm: Large local and sustainable afternoon tea with chefs Oriane Journeau and Juliette Léveillé.
17:30pm: Performance “In the River Gardens”, Cie Cuidado, duration 1 hour. Suitable for all audiences, recommended age: 8 years and older.

Art exhibition “Food Social Security Posters” created by the BP Laboratory Quality Control class of Lycée Beauregard, with artists Julie Caty and Igor Boyer from the Hors Cadre printing company. Forum.
Scientific exhibition “Food vulnerabilities in Western Aveyron” produced by Julien Rossignole, Associate Professor at the University of Technology of Troyes. Forum.
