Undoubtedly the most important in Aveyron, the La Fouillade Book Festival will celebrate its 28th edition with the participation of regional authors, comic book artists, manga artists, children's and Occitan authors, novelists, storytellers, etc.

The traditional event will take place on Saturday, July 25th La Fouillade Book & Comic Book Festival With 70 authors and countless books: comics, children's books, manga, Occitan literature, discovery books, novels, thrillers, regional studies, cultural associations, and more. There will be something for everyone, for all types of readers and all ages. Alongside this event, four free activities will be offered for younger children.

This Festival is undoubtedly the most important free literary, cultural and recreational event of the summer in Midi-Pyrénées. For 28 years, it has delighted the local population and tourists alike.

Looking ahead, there are many exciting discoveries and encounters planned for the general public, featuring well-known and respected authors such as Daniel Crozes, who will lead a discussion at 15 p.m. to celebrate his 40 years of literary creation, as well as Jean-Christophe Giesbert, Pascal Dessaint, Christian Combaz, and many others. On the nostalgia front, there will be Bévé and Philippe Laffitte, the comic book artists and authors of Les Pieds Nickelés and Bibi Fricotin…
