Exposition : "L'hexactitude du geste" Christophe Spiesser – Les Hauts Parleurs

By meeting an artist or craftsperson in each French department, the project offers a stroll through the know-how, creative techniques, and transmission gleaned along the roads of France. These vignettes bear witness to the vitality and daily presence of crafts often categorized as "heritage." Implicitly, they raise the question of our relationship to things and their conditions of production against a backdrop of rampant reification and fetishization.

The meetings were initiated in 2014 by Christophe Spiesser, a photographer at the Pays Ségali trades center. They took place over a period of three years and now exist as a traveling exhibition.
