Concert : Le Jazz Continuum Orchestra – 100 ans de Miles Davis

Saturday, January 30 at 21 a.m.

Théâtre des Bastides Quai de la Sénéchausée 12200 Villefranche-de-Rouergue

Pianist Thomas Bercy brings together a new lineup of the Jazz Continuum Orchestra and offers an original creation blending music and poetry.

The ensemble brings together eight musicians and a poet: 1 poet, 1 piano, 3 saxophones, 1 trumpet, 1 trombone, 1 double bass, 1 drum kit.

How is Miles Davis understood today? This concert, a blend of tribute and creation, answers this question by evoking Miles' music through its various evolutions.
